Position Overview
We are looking for someone to help build the online experience for the three brands operated by groundfloor Inc.: yoshiokubo, muller of yoshiokubo, and UNDECORATED.
This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities regarding the brands' online presence, from improving e-commerce sales to managing social media and digital PR.
We look forward to applications from those who want to grow alongside our brands using both data and intuition as their tools. Beginners are also welcome to apply.
Main Responsibilities
・In-house e-commerce site operation (product registration, page creation)
・Inventory and sales management
・LINE distribution and social media operation
・Online campaign planning
・Numerical analysis and improvement proposals
・Assistance with photo shoot direction
Requirements *Beginners welcome
・Basic PC skills (Excel, email, etc.)
・Ability to value and prioritize communication
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience with e-commerce operations (Shopify, etc.)
・Experience managing social media
・Experience in the apparel industry
・Experience with ad operations
・Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
・Ability to perform simple video editing

Employment Status
Full-time employee (probationary period applies) / Contract employee
Working Conditions
・Location: VORT Nakameguro I 2F, 1-8-1 Nakameguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo (within walking distance of Nakameguro Station)
・Working Hours: Weekdays 10:00–19:00 (1-hour break)
・Holidays: Weekends, national holidays, summer break, and year-end/New Year holidays
・Salary: 220,000–400,000 JPY/month (negotiable based on experience and ability)
