・When will my order arrive? 
We will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

・I want to check if my order has been placed.
Customers who logged in to place an order can check their order history. If your order is not displayed in your order history, your order has not been completed. Customers who placed an order without logging in can check their order details in the email "Subject: Thank you for your order" sent after the order. If you have not received the email, please contact customer support so we can investigate.

・I received a defective product or a product different from my order, and I want to return/exchange it.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We kindly ask you to contact customer support with your order number, the email address you used to place the order, and the product you wish to return/exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then guide you through the return/exchange process.

・I want to return/exchange the product because it was different from what I imagined or the size didn't fit.

Returns and exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Japan. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Japan.
