This unisex boa coat is made by pile-knitting non-mulesing Uruguayan wool* yarn onto a base fabric of Indian cotton yarn. The outer layer, which comes into contact with the outside air, is made of highly insulating wool, while the inner layer is made of skin-friendly cotton.
This is a voluminous, knee-length box-silhouette coat that allows you to layer thick knits and hoodies underneath. *Non-mulesing wool: Mulesing is a method of raising lambs by cutting off part of the skin and flesh of their hindquarters to prevent parasitic flystrike. Non-mulesing wool is obtained from sheep raised in a natural and gentle way, without the painful mulesing procedure.
