オーストラリアのメリノ種を原料に、ウールが持つ膨らみや風合いを生かすよう紡績を工夫した素材。あえてカシミヤ用の紡績機を使用することで、ウールでは表現が難しい、カシミヤのような上質な膨らみと軽量感を実現しました。編み機を改造し、ニットでは非常に難しい裏面パイルの二層構造で編み立てることで、裏毛のような軽さと膨らみを備えた編み地に仕上げています。
