Using Australian merino wool, we wove a crisp, high-density wool gabardine at a Bishu textile mill. The woven fabric then underwent a gradation dyeing process in Ichinomiya, also in Bishu, where four dyes were simultaneously applied to color it. This is a valuable processing technique, meticulously crafted by artisans one piece at a time.
