The warp uses Giza 100/2 count cotton, an extra-long staple Egyptian cotton, while the weft uses 80/2 count yarn made from American Supima cotton and India's finest Suvin cotton. These were high-density woven in the Banshu region, known for its pre-dyed cotton production.
The high-density, crisp material was given a silky finish to create an even smoother, more voluminous fabric.
