Returns and exchanges are available only for orders delivered within Japan. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Japan.

Within 7 days of receiving your item, please contact Customer Support with your order number, the email address used for your order, and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will then guide you through the return/exchange process.
